Jeremiah 22:18-21;25-27;29-30

* Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

One of the things that I have pondered for years as a minister. Something many don't want to address...The wounds in the pulpit.

Oftentimes leaders will pour and pour into others yet have little to nothing poured back into them. 

I have watched leaders literally leave a ministry because of frustration and loneliness.
